A .030 Feller Gauge should be used to verify the incorrect belt tension. When tension is incorrect follow the steps below
1. Adjust the spring tension on the pump belt attached to the pump spring
2. Adjust by tightening the 1/2″ nuts on the part
3. Adjust by loosening the nut on the deck idler spring. Slide the spring backward/ forward to add/remove tension.
